Circle Care Center (CCC)
Circle Care Center (CCC) is Connecticut’s first public health center specializing in LGBTQI+ affirming care and sexual health. As a nonprofit, community-driven healthcare center CCC is committed to providing high-quality, accessible, affordable, and inclusive healthcare to all, regardless of their ability to pay.
THE MISSION:
To provide the highest quality medical care to their patients in Connecticut, specializing in primary care for people living with HIV and the LGBTQI+ community, as well as HIV prevention (PrEP & PEP), Hepatitis C, and STI testing and treatment.
Circle Care Center was started with the vision of “Unity in Community.” It opened in Norwalk, CT, along with a specialty pharmacy (Circle Care Center Pharmacy), and was part of the strategy to unite MFAP (lower Fairfield County’s Hepatitis and HIV/AIDS Service Organization) and Triangle Community Center (TCC – Fairfield County’s leading provider of LGBTQI+ programming and resources) together under one roof to better serve the local HIV/AIDS and LGBTQI+ communities.
THE SERVICES:
PRIMARY CARE: Circle Care Center provides high-quality, sensitive and comprehensive primary care targeted to meet the health needs of all of their patients. Their providers specialize in working with people living with HIV and members of the LGBTQI+ community.
HIV TREATMENT & CARE: Circle Care Center in Norwalk, CT provides comprehensive and state-of-the art medical care and support for people living with HIV. Their providers, Dr. David Rubin, MD, and Dr. Trish Garton, DNP, are HIV Treatment Specialists with a combined experience of more than 60 years in caring for patients with HIV, and both are certified as American Academy of HIV Specialists (AAHIVS).

SEXUAL HEALTH: Circle Care Center is a center of excellence for the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and has improved access to STI clinical care through its screening and treatment services. You do not have to be an existing patient to receive STI screening and treatment at CCC.
